It's Official
I'm also starting a new job on Wednesday, so that, coupled with not training for at least a week means that I probably won't be posting much for a few days. Wish me luck.
This blog is about my running experiences. I chose the title because it reflects my attitude toward running. Too often we look for a quick fix as an alternative to hard work. Well, running is hard work but very rewarding, and there are no shortcuts or quick fixes. You can't run better (faster) without training consistently. Running is one of the best examples of getting out of something what you put into it. So, just go out and run, dammit!

Sorry to hear about the hip, but could be a blessing in disguise.

Sorry to hear about the injury. (Man, I've been so out of touch over the past two weeks.) Good luck with recovery and with the new job! :)
Congratulations on getting a new job so quickly!
