9.1 With Steve in the Drizzle
The run went fine and we never let ourselves get carried away with the pace. Maintained right around 7:25 to 7:35 most of the time. Total time was 1:08:48, a 7:33 pace.
This blog is about my running experiences. I chose the title because it reflects my attitude toward running. Too often we look for a quick fix as an alternative to hard work. Well, running is hard work but very rewarding, and there are no shortcuts or quick fixes. You can't run better (faster) without training consistently. Running is one of the best examples of getting out of something what you put into it. So, just go out and run, dammit!
