Dallas
I'll post on Sunday the outcome.
This blog is about my running experiences. I chose the title because it reflects my attitude toward running. Too often we look for a quick fix as an alternative to hard work. Well, running is hard work but very rewarding, and there are no shortcuts or quick fixes. You can't run better (faster) without training consistently. Running is one of the best examples of getting out of something what you put into it. So, just go out and run, dammit!

Good luck studs!
Also - congrats on your awards at the christmas party. I would like to add if there was an award for "hardest working", you and Steve would have won that one too! I will be cheering you guys on!
