Heights 5K
Anyway, gonna hit the training hard over the next few weeks and try to do something better at the Deer Park Independence 5K at the end of June.
This blog is about my running experiences. I chose the title because it reflects my attitude toward running. Too often we look for a quick fix as an alternative to hard work. Well, running is hard work but very rewarding, and there are no shortcuts or quick fixes. You can't run better (faster) without training consistently. Running is one of the best examples of getting out of something what you put into it. So, just go out and run, dammit!
