Monday Tempo (Sorta)
Total distance Monday (9/24) - 7.1 miles, 53:47 (7:35 pace).
No run today, Tuesday. Needed to recover and also be 100% for tomorrow. Brian King and I are going to do a 10K race simulation tomorrow evening.
This blog is about my running experiences. I chose the title because it reflects my attitude toward running. Too often we look for a quick fix as an alternative to hard work. Well, running is hard work but very rewarding, and there are no shortcuts or quick fixes. You can't run better (faster) without training consistently. Running is one of the best examples of getting out of something what you put into it. So, just go out and run, dammit!
